POSTPONEMENTS due to COVID19
LATEST UPDATE - 23 February 2021
To all our volunteers, members and patrons – 24th February 2021
As you are no doubt aware, the government has produced a "roadmap" out of COVID19 restrictions. Although theatres can re-open from 17th May 2021, subject to capacity limits and social distancing, TOADS Theatre Company’s management committee has concluded that productions will not be possible until Summer 2021 when restrictions should be fully removed. (The Little Theatre has insufficient capacity to be able to open with ANY restrictions in place - financially it would be less expensive to remain closed.) The result is that ALL productions up to and including June (Ladies' Day) will have to be postponed/cancelled with immediate effect. Season 2020/2021 is now officially over. Unleashed Theatre’s production of What's So Amazing About Grace? (30th June to 3rd July) is also postponed.
Season 2021/2022, commencing 1st July 2021, is now at a planning/scheduling stage - we are going to offer a full season of 9 productions (+ external companies) commencing with 'Allo 'Allo for August/September 2021. We are aiming to physically open the theatre commencing 1st July 2021. Please bear with us whilst we finalise any details - patrons will be notified once we have concrete scheduling in place.
All tickets booked for the cancelled/postponed productions will be refunded. Theatre club members (season ticket holders) will be offered refunds of £20 per member. Please bear with us as we contact all those patrons due refunds.
Stay safe and well and we look forward to seeing you all very soon.
